• Acting-President of Helwan University since October 2021.
• Dr. Mamdouh Mahdi, Professor of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Medicine.
• He was a member of the Medical Sector Authority of the Supreme Council of Universities.
• He was appointed as Vice President of Helwan University for the Environmental Service and Community Development Sector.
• He was appointed as a member of the Executive Board of the University’s Drug Research Center.
• He held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Helwan University, and was its first dean.
• He was appointed as a medical advisor to Helwan University.
• Helwan University Council chose him as Chairman of the Higher Medical Committee of Helwan University.
• He was appointed Dean of the College of Nursing from 2009 to 2014.
• Choosing him as a member of many scientific and administrative councils and committees.
• He was chosen as a member of the committees of the College of Nursing sector until 2024, as well as the Medical Studies sector from 2014 until 2021
• He was selected as a member of the committee to establish a magazine specialized in the fields of nutrition at the university.
